What does everyone think of New Life Spectrum?
I'm currently feeding my fry NLS and wondering if it's worth paying that extra cash for some of it for my adult discus and fish.

great food rich in beta carten for colour enhancing, and heaps of vitamins, i use thera A myself and couldn;t be happier, the 1mm size is great for discus.

I use Thera-A both 1mm and 3mm for my Discus. I also use Grow when growing out fry.
