WTB: Hose connecter for Aqua Vital AVC-600 Canister

I'm looking for a connector for a Aqua Vital AVC-600 Canister filter

it's the connector that connects the hose to the top of the canister

I don't mind a second hand one as long as it doesn't leak. the one i have leaks from the tap part

I only need one but will take 2 if i have to
