BEST WAY TO WORM DISCUS

Hey all after looking through the thresads i couldn't find anything regarding worming.

Question? what is the best way to worm them?? disolving the tabs in their food or diluting in the water??

also will it harm the tetras and b/n??

sorry just found the sticky...

i have two fish in perticular that i have been quite concerned about for a few months now, they are very skinny and have not got any fatter since being in my tank now about 6 months, my lss has got fatter even though it is stunted it is looking better and still my super ogon and pidgeon blood look like little stick figure models??

this is the main reason im looking at maybe worming treatment.
