125 gal tank.
All water parameters are normal
6 6-7" Discus
This am I noticed one of the Discus as beibg very lethargic. He was at the opposite end of the tank from his tankmates,slightly resting on the bottom,with his fins out.

I decided to do a water change,and while doing so he went to the other side of the tank where they normally hide when I change the water. After a few minutes I noticed now his fins were clamped. A little while later his fins were clamped and he was sorta facing straight up.

During the water change I added Metronidazole.
A little while after the water change hi did move from hiding,moves his fins a little,but is still slightly resting on the bottom.

Since I'm not really sure whats wrong I have no idea if the Metro will/can help.

I also have Prazi Pro ( by American Solutions) that I may have had for a year or so,that has not been open.

I know my description makes it very hard,but any ideas would be appreciated.

Also,can I use Metronidazole and Prazi Pro together ?

Not a lot to go on:

Perhaps answer these questions and someone will be able to help.

Is he dark?
What colour is the poo?
Do the fins look right or do they have ragged edges?
Can you QT him in another tank so that your others are not effected?
Does he have a bloated tummy?

When you say your params are"all good" what are they exactly?

whats your temp and ph, the symptoms you describe after the water chnage are associated with temp and or PH shock.

as we dont know whats wrong with your fish bump your temp up to 30C, add salt at 1tsp/40L.

Dont reach for more meds, theres no point till you work out whats wrong, does your fish show any signs of flukes or worms? if not I'd avoid prazi.

please try and post up your water parameters and a photo of your fish so we can help more.

This fish was like this before the water change.

Temp = 86 degrees
NitrIte = 0
Ammonoa = 0
Nitrate = 5.0
PH = 7.8

His color is normal.
I have not seen his poo
Tummy looks fine.
Don't have another tank available at this time.
Fins look ok

Jothy is on the mark here, without knowing more meds are out. Follow his advice with temp and salt. The salt will not hurt the others see if this is enough to make an improvement first.

water looks good, its now a game of wait and see, if you see a darkening of color and a shedding of mcous use metro if you see white poo but good color try przi,

keep the temp up and the salt in for 2 weeks and he might come good all on his own (assuming the water quality stays good)
