re occuring worms

I have a blue diamond that keeps on comming up with worms. I have been down the Big L track on 3 occassions ( 3 x 2 treatments) and she has them again She is still eating and looks fine bit is passing the white poo with the worm eggs in them. I have just finished another round of
Big L yesterday and I was just wondering if I should just redose again today instead of waiting for another week?

big L only kils live worms it wont kill eggs you need to do the follow up treatments to remove them from the system, treat every 2 weeks for another round 2 rounds ( 3 treatments in total spaning 6 weeks), the idea is to kill the worms once they hatch from the eggs but before they are old enough to lay eggs of their own.
