I picked up my ever so cute 6 albino long fins today. Thanks Matt.

Just curious what you were feeding them. Zeuchinni I'm guessing is part of it ??? but what sort of pellets / flakes / wafers did you give them in addition???

I think they are already eating my flake, but I think it's time I bought a different brand of wafer / pellets as I don't think my peps like the brand I have either.

I feed them spirulina wafers, blood worms, brine shrimp, zuchinni, pumpkin... they will even snack on beefheart mix.

basically i throw everything and anything in there and they will always get stuck inot it.

anything sinking will do the trick as far as wafers and pellets.

i usually try to feed two types of wafers...one being an algae wafer and one being a spirulina wafer... i figure that way they definately get what they need

variety is the key to success.

I have been using Prestige Aquatics brand lately and they seem to love it. not sure if they are a sponsor here or not so pm me if you want their contact details. They are made at Kirawee

Yeah, I love them. I wish I could have afforded all 20. Oh well. How long before I can sex them. Are they like peppermints where it takes 18-24 months to reach sexual maturity.

How old are the 6 I bought today.

Is the pumpkin cooked or raw?

i guess you can sex them by about 12 months...maybe earlier. they are just like normal britlenose as far as maturity goes.

they can mature and breed by 12 months

those ones today would be about 4 months i think

pumpkin is raw...some cook it, i don't
