One of my discus is got a fat stomach and her eyes are starting to bulge out, does any body know whats wrong.

internal blockage, dropsy, some other intrnal infection need more info.

The fish swims around good no dropsy. I feed them blood worms and dry food quality food. I change the water 50% once a week with filtered water I have other discus in tank all good. I have put Big L worming solution in tank if that doesnt work im going to do epsom salt balth will that help. I was thinking i have a small plague of snails i wonder if she ate some shell and all.

I think they need a more varied diet, sometimes bloodworms can block fish as the skins often do not get digested properly.

I would give it a dose of epsom first
