What temp & PH do you guys recommend for 4 month old discus?

How many feeds a day?

What food to feed them?

My temp is at 29 degrees, for fry and for adults. My ph is 7.4
I feed 6 to 8 times a day
I feed:

Beef heart
Mussels
Tetra prima (tetra bits)
Tony Tan Grand Champion
Mal's Austrailian Blackworms
Blood worm
Artemia
and anything else they want to eat
