I am getting out of Discus keeping at the moment. Just dont have the time for all these beautiful fish. Most of my discus are 12cm with only 2 about 8-10cm. 4 of them are wild discus (2 Blue discus at least 12cm, and the other smaller 2 are Heckel discus about 8-10cm). 1 x 12cm blood pigeon. The Melon white face has already been SOLD to my friend who is going to pickup this weekend. Therefore only 5 are for sale. These are the pics for the fish:

No wilds there mate. Definitely no heckels either. Looks like some blue turks and a snakeskin to me.

Sorry I am no expert in Discus...may even consider me as newbie. I just use the name by referring to this side: http://www.aquariumhobbyist.com/discus/strains/index.html

If you look at the third picture...I thought the one closest to my Stingray is a heckel (due to its solid distinctive black marking across the eye and the middle)...also I thought all the wild types will have black marking across their body. Anyway, I have no intention of cheating...that is why I posted the pictures. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Thank you.

I understand it was a honest mistake. They are just blue turks though, not heckals. Heckals have a very prominant middle bar that is about 4 times the thickness of the others. Yours don't but are still very nice fish.

I know I'm hijacking your thread but post some pictures in the photo album of that stingray! I thought it was an ornament when I first had a look at this thread.
