It's been what seems like a long haul, but my 6ft is starting to take reasonable shape.

Stage 2, Tank installed, ready for filling.

Stage 3, Tank Filled and Initial Setup

Stage 4, Initial Weeks. Water quality is all over the place and plants struggle. Temporary lighting used before composite fitting installed.

Stage 5, Algae gets worse before improving. First discus added after tank starts to settle.

Stage 6, More plants added. Still having algae problems, but conditions stabilise.

Stage 7, More plants and fish added.

Stage 8, Current status (some 7months after initial setup). Blyxa, Bycopa, java fern and other tropical plants added to replace the ambulia.
