feeding my 3 mixed discus

hi freinds i have 3 mixed discus and various smaller shaol fish ie.rummy noes and tetra.the discus are healty and feeding ok but still a bit shy after reading one of our members posts i think i no wat to do i feed them on turkey heart about a postage stamp size bit every day then some days i would feed them hiikara discus pro gold pellet i was just wondering if there is any other high protein food out sorry forgot to mention they seem to be growing had them for about 5 months also wat is the useaul tmeline to full size hope yeall can help????????????

Hi If you have a look in the food nutrition and water chemistry section there is some great recipies for beef heart. You can also feed blood worm ,freeze dried black worm, frozen or live brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, flake there are quite a few pellets avaiable. If they are young they shoud be getting a few feeds a day. Any pics :)
