Quick Question...Will Muticure affect bio load??

The Multi Cure has the following ingredients:

Malachite Green
Methylene Blue
Acriflavine

The question is, if a hospital tank is not available and the above multicure is added to the display tank, will this kill the good bio load?

archiflavin is a broadspectrum antibiotic, as such it will kill all bacteria good and bad equally, methblue is ok on filters at a lowish dose malechite green can do bad things to filter bacteria if the dose is too strong.
