Due to work commitment, I do not have time for this tank any more.
This is an awsome fish tank. I will surely miss this tank when it is gone.
This setup is just under 2 years old. It was custom made for a fussy person like me.
This setup cost me almost $1k. I am selling it for $500.
Fish tank:
3ft by 2ft by 2ft with 10mm thick glass all round. Reinforced beads on joints for extra strength.
Euro bracing. The euro bracing is made from two 10mm thick glass. Double overlapping for extra strength. When you have euro bracing, there is no middle bracing which will reduce lighting the tank.
Left hand wier 19cm by 10cm. The weir has two holes with 25mm and 20mm bulk heads. One is used for water to run down to the filter and the other is for the return pump. You can also use the 2nd hold as a siphon and have another hose running into the back of the tank for your return pump.
Black strip on all 4 corners.
Black contact filling the whole back of the tank.
10mm think foam that sits between the tank and stand bracing.
Tank is in good condition with small scratch that you have to get very close to the tank to see it.
Black Cabinet:
3ft long by 2ft wide by 3ft (90cm) high.
Made out of 65mm by 35mm steel. Very strong made. There is no middle legs to get in the way.
Painted in rust proof primmer and coated with hard wearing high gloss black enamel.
Cabinet has a pull out shelf that you can store your fish food and chemicals. It is strong enough to also support a auto top up system (shelf was built for this reason).
Sides and doors in 19mm MDF. MDF Primmer used and coated with hard wearing semi gloss black enamel.
Fully concealed hinges used.
Light stand extending 2 meters high. Comes with hooks at the end to hang your light pendant.
Stainless steel screws.
Wet & Dry Filter:
30 inch by 18 inch by 18 inch.
40 litres of 25mm Blue and black bio balls.
40cm spinning arm.
Ocean Runner 2500 return pump
All plumping to weir.
Ball values for wier piping and return pump piping.
Uni-joints to join all piping.
Lids.
Filter pad
Also includes:
Twin 39w T5 lights with 10,000k Globe
300W heater.
Floating magnet glass cleaner
60kg of nice red/brown 3mm gravel
6 nice size rocks
1 large driftwood 40cm by 40cm by 30cm wide and one small driftwood 20cm by 20cm by 10cm.
KH/GH test kit.
6 port power board.
All plumping.
You can have all the plants if they have not died.
This setup will suit someone who is looking for an awsome display tank. Freshwater planted tank would be nice, but if you setup a saltwater tank it would look awsome!!!
