funny poo

ok i have three fish in a q tank they have had 3 treatments of big l , the fish look great eating well and seem happy . but .... every day they pass these things can anyone help me identify it , and how to get rid of it . maybe metro ? some days it's clear .

Looks like the stomach lining. Sometimes they will pass it when it is irritated. You have just treated them so I would just monitor for now, they should start passing dark poo once the food passes through. :)
