Hi All,

I purchased 2 blue diamonds about 2 mths ago and they still aren't eating colourbits...

They will only eat Bloodworms and Brine shrimp, they are growing alot slower then the rest of my fish that eat the colour bits without any issues...

is there any way to get them to eat the colour bits? should i just sto feeding brine shrimp and blood worms?

or should i invest in new pellets?
Regards,

I would cut out all other foods for 2 weeks and just offer colourbits, unfortunately this will turn your blue diamonds orangish, you'd be better off using something like nls or breders blend flake.

I agree with removing the favoured food type. They'll eat when they're hungry enough. Depending on the size of your fish, crushing the bits slightly between your fingers may help them get it down.
You can get blue colour bits which will enhance your blue diamonds and not turn them orange. I just got some from Sydney Discus World in Homebush. What a shop!!! The first specialist discus retail store I've seen in Oz. Check it out..
