WHAT LIGHTING TO USE

Hey guys. Just wondering on what lighting you all suggest for Discus. I currently use Sylvania Powerglo 10k lights. The tanks only have discus in them. Usually breeding pairs or babies. No plants and the tanks are bare bottom. Some with sponge filters, soem canisters and some on a trickle filter.

Also I am currently needing to replace all of my tubes and need around 15 x 3foot and 12 x 4 foot and a few 2 footers. any ideas on the best place to buy T8 tubes at a good price?

any light will be good for fish only to save yourself a few $$$ go to bunnings and grab some tri phosphor t8's anything abaout the 5000K range will be fine, just like "warm daylight"
