Aggresive Discus

My Discus have become quite aggresve towards each other, is there some reason for this ?

Discus are cichlids which are naturally aggressive fish. It's just something that comes with owning discus. How many are in the tank and how long have you have them. With just two (unless a breeding pair) it is inevitable that one will get bullied and receive less food because it is at the bottom of the hierachy. It usually settles down after a while, and the juveniles will squabble amongst themselves.

Is he actually getting injured? Hiding out? etc?

Sounds strange however I believe when I put a small moonlight in my tank at night they all settled down better during the day.
