Agreed. I can't drive past a lps without dropping in and seeing what they have got. It is always such a disapointment when I see the discus, skinny, stunted pinched foreheads and usually very peppered. I will only by from one place in melbourne. Now having said that there are those who know what they are doing and have some very beautiful fish, I just haven't come across them down here.

at our local petshop they wanted to buy my surplus 5/6cm Discus for $25 MAX and they sell them for $150...shows you the mark up
