I know feeding is a function of time and not size. Just as a matter of interest how many block(s) of Hikari bloodworms does an adult eat ? I have read on other forums 0.5 block per adult.

Hehe are you guys talking about those individual cubes broken off from the big block or the whole packet?? Half a packet is a lot of worms!!

I feed hikari bloodworms to my discus, as 1 of 4-5 meals. To my 6 juvs I feed 2 blocks cut in half (they eat like pigs). To my 6 adults (+ 6 clown loaches) I feed 4 ... so that is about right.

i have 9 medium/large sized discus
they eat 3 serves of discus premium per day while i am a work (a small pile the size of a 50c coin in your hand)
either two serves of homemade BH (one serve is flat and square in shape, 5cm x 5cm i break it up before i throw it in)
or two cubes of blood worm
or two cubes brine shrimp
i mix the last three up all the time for diversity :D
