hole in the head?

help my white diamond has a hole by its gile start as a tan spot. treating it with hex out. :( i WILL change 50% of the water and treat again. i raised water temp NEED HELP I HAVE no tank for sick fish so treating my whole tank 60gal. with 5 3 inch discus

Sounds like hole in head disease (not a joke) but even if not, Metrodanizole (commercial name Flagyl) which is an antibiotic, may help. There are some posts on this site with more detail about this treatment.
