hey all...time i put some photos of my new money sink on here. its my first marine tank. and my pride and joy. I'v been keeping discus for a while now. But made the change to marine. and im loving it. tank has been up and running for 3 weeks now. it did a cycle and has pretty much finished but im taking things slow with this tank and will wait it out a bit longer before adding stock. The tank is a Biolife cube with sump.

It has a RO vortex 800 skimmer. XENOLIGHT 250 watt halide with 4x Actinic blue T5 and LED's for moonlight. Return pump is a ehiem 3700lph. for circulation i have 2x K copy 3500lph. Chiller is a Hailea 1/4hp. heaters are 2x 200watt Rena smart heaters. there is a Tunze omsolator auto top off for evaporation. I got 40kg of live rock in there. I got a lot of hitchhiker corals on the rock. substrate is arognite and i have a DSB in the sump using calcium carbonate.

starting to look good! but only 2x2x2 how long will it be before you want a bigger tank:):):)

I already want a bigger tank but im renting at the moment so this will be a good size as no doubt i will be doing a few more moves in the near future.

Well done. Looks good. How've you gone about setting up the sump? What's in it apart from the protein skimmer? What's in the 5L Jerry Can?

The sump has the skimmer, 2 heaters, and a deep sand bed. The jerry can stores RO water for the auto top off
