Hi Cika, it's a little hard to tell from that photo. But it does look pretty stressed to me, it's very dark.

It is displaying thou which is a good sign. Looks like a San Merah to me which is tipically dark although the lighting and angle makes it look bad.

Sex..??? Perhaps a clearer photo can help us determine the sex. HTH
