Suggestions on how to get rid of it you mean? Scoop it out with a net. Thats how I got rid of mine.

good luck - it took me ages to get of mine! It hides and reproduces. I had to empty the tank, clean it out and refill it!

what ive done so far is turn my UV back on, cut back all ferts to 0 and turn my lights out completely
is there any level i should adjust my temp. to?
remove other surface plants?

not really duckweed grows anyware no matter what you do, goldfish eat it as do rainbows if you can "borrow" some short term to help get rid of it.
