Help with sick fish

I noticied my female form a breeding pair laying a bit side ways today and not moving much. If I put my hand near her she swims off and will swim around the tank and then a bit later she is back to laying on her side and sometimes a bit up side down.

Water; - Temp: - 27c, Ph 6.4 normal, Ammonia 0, nitrate 0, nitrite 0. Last water change was 2 days ago and I do 30% weekly change.

I have just Prazi the tank, + put Broad spetrum in the tank.

Anyone haveany ideas. She hasn't eaten from 2 days ago.

Raise the temp, 27 is too cold, discus should be between 28 and 30C
