Trading over the Christmas/New Year period
Aquarium Supplies Australia will be open for business 24/7 however it should be noted that shipping, and stock availability may be affected by the closure of most suppliers over this period, and the fact that several courier companies also close down over this period.
For interstate customers, to maximise the possibility of receiving orders prior to the 23rd of December, orders must be placed on the website by the 18th of December @ 9.00am (Sydney time).
There will be no further plant orders this year due to the supplier being affected by recent floods.
Last store Pick Ups will be by Wednesday 12.00pm Christmas Eve.
Orders received after that for Store pickup will not be available between the 25th of December and the 13th of January.
Any orders for large and bulky items during this period may need to be held back till early January due to size restrictions in place by the alternate freight options that are available to us over the holiday period.
All customer enquiries need to be made via email between the 24th of December and the 13th of January.
Gift Certificates / Vouchers are available right up until Christmas Day as they are delivered via e-mail.
