I have a green algee wich is like a cotton feel to it can you help to get rid of it please

Black out simply means to block out all light to the tank by draping it with a blanket or something similar, so it remains in darkness for a full 48 hours. Algae needs light to grow, so removing the light will retard the growth.

SAE means Siamese Algae Eater. It's a fish that happily eats soft green algae. You should find them fairly easily in your local fish shop, but do stress that you want the genuine Siamese Algae Eater, there is another one known as the false Siamese Algae Eater which doesn't work as hard as the genuine one.
