after some apistogramma cacatuoides in the newcastle area... looking to stock a community tank.

How did you go with your search for cockatoo's?

I am also in the Newcastle area and have been trying to find someone local who keeps Apisto's.

I put a message on the local cichlid forum (Newcastle Aquaholics) nearly a fortnight ago. There has been no response so far.

I'm in townsville and my lfs ordered a pair for me, ring around your lfs's and ask them to check their suppliers stock lists, if that does no good ring up some sydney shops

There isn't much to offer at the LFS,s but most will order them in? I hoping to find someone locally who keeps them. Seems unlikely at the moment.

Plan B is Sydney. I go to Ingleburn once a month for work. Can anyone recommend at good shop in the south west of Sydney or close to the M7? I would appreiate it! Or if someone in Sydney has a decent pair/trio of Apistos on offer would be even better.
