My discus just got done with a levisole bath, also prazi, and it was looking very good for about two days. Now its fines are still out wide, usually, but it won't eat. it takes some in and then spits it out. Yesterday it was eating just fine. What is up?

it at times does the whole throwing its mouth out and fins out wide, like stretching.
It is also pooping, what is a better word for that, could this stop it from eating?
could it not be eating because of the medicine?
all water parameters are good.
It is the only one, others died due to parasites, could this be the reason.

Quite often after the treatment of worms they will stop eating. I wouldn't worry right now. Just make sure you remove any uneaten food after no more than an hour.
Just think if you had been treated for a bad stomach ache, would you want to eat right away? thats the way I see it.

levamisol if overdosed is appetite suppressant, appropriate dose is 1.5-2mgs /litre of water

epsom salts can be used post worming to encourage expulsion of dead or dying worms within the gut
have you seen any stool since treatment
