Frozen Food Question

Hi everyone, hey I have a question about some sealed,like new frozen cubes in my freezer I forgot about that have been there for a couple years. One is Hikari brine shrimp w/spirulina, and the other one is brine shimp spirulina/mysis by a company labeled HQ Life. I know Hikari is reputable, but what about HQ Life? And can this food be given to my discus? Yeah, I got this stuff for my short-lived experimental/tryout disaster w/ a marine set-up.

Will do. Regarding patience, I have to remember being in the U.S. West coast time as of right now London's saying goodnight and Sydney's just waking up. I suppose the best time to make a post is just before I go to bed. :)
