We are experiencing phone line difficulties again; we have changed providers, also changed to broadband, another provider, but are still experiencing difficulties.

I apologize to all those trying to get in contact with us, we are doing our best to get it sorted, and hopefully it will all be ok next week.

I also had a computer drama, so it too has been replaced, but we have lost a lot of emails in the process. So please resend if you have sent with no reply.

Please bear with us, it is as frustrating for us as it is for you.

We will endeavour to answer your enquiries as soon as we can.

Well it seems we may have started to get somewhere with the battle of the phone lines. Telstra have stated that this Friday they will come to repair the faults.

Until then we will have no internet, and very limited phone usage.

Please god let it be true, may they come a fix it for good....

Update,

We have a temporary phone line, so we will be able to answer calls :)

As for the internet, not yet :( Hopefully the whole thing will be sorted out soon.

Just a quick note to let you know that we will be closed for a few days, we were flooded out due to the storm drains being blocked, thanks to the SSC :twisted: so we are doing a bit of damage control and a massive clean up.

We are doing our best to clean it up, please bear with us, and we will be back open as soon as possible.
