I'm new to the discus hobby, and I currently have a 75 gallon tank w/ 3 tangerine discus in it. i'm looking at getting a couple marborl reds and I wanted to know if their would be any fighting between them or if they would get along alright. Thanks

mate it has nothing to do with colours!
it all has to do with the dominance of the individual fish and of course its sex.

Welcome to the forum Mike.
All colours will get along, so don't worry.
The only thing I wouldn't do, is to mix wild caught discus with domestic discus, and that's only because of the risk of disease.
Don't forget to quarantine your new arrivals for 4 weeks before you add them to your main tank. You don't want to invite trouble.

The above is probably the best advice you need right now Mike.
Good luck with the new fish
