any help please

[new discus]

hi everyone,

i need some help i have searched but cant find an answer.
can i have some discus with L134.
the tank is a 4x2x2 with an external canister 1800l and an internal as well.
the L134 are about 1 year old so 6cm a couple at 5cm.
i want some discus to grow so i can watch the fish.
will the discus attack them at all or will they try to pick at their fins.

Welcome to the forum new discus.

Your L134 will make quite good tankmates for discus. They will cope with the higher temps that discus need, but try to keep it around 29 degrees, and no higher, to keep both species happy.

A pH of around 6.5 will suit both.

So long as your L134s have some caves to retreat into, I can see no problems.

I keep a breeding colonly of peppermint cats with some of my discus, and everyone seems happy.
