Help guys!

i'm having a major problem with one of my discus!?
my cobalt discus is having this disease... it looks like a fungi growing
in his head?! can anyone of you tell me whats the best thing to do...
and what medications should I put in the tank! he's the only one that
has it! my other discus looks fine! and my cobalt is like shedding its
saliva???? i dunno what it called? but yea... my cobalt is swimming and eats normally... by the way the fungi is getting bigger and bigger...

Looks like a fungus to me. Ok, the treatment I would recommend for this means you will have to pull the fish out, and hold in a wet towel. Get a cotton bud, and treat/dab with Myxacin directly on the wound. Make sure that when you dab it on there you take care not to get any in the eyes or over the gills.

One treatment should be enough, but if it persists, you might have to apply again.

This might be caused by a build up of bacteria in your tank, make sure you UP your water change regime. How and how much are you doing right now? Can you test your water and post the results? Temp of tank water?

It's a bit difficult to tell from the photos, but it does look a bit like holes in the skin.

A hospital tank is essential, but it can be as simple as a big plastic tub sold in many discount shops.

tnx GOD!!! the hith is getting smaller and smaller and the top hole is gone and the bottom hole is just a wart size with a lil whittish pimple!!! its like dissapearing magically!!! and i didn't use any meds for that!!!! i'll update u w/ pix tom.... as soon as i get my camera from my sister...

and i feel bad w/ this discus... coz' he suffer from my laziness.... i haven;t change their water like for 3 or 4 weeks straight... im really sorry... but i'll make it up w/ this guy! hehehe... i'll update u peeps
