[DL Warning] katie and elliot's planted discus tank

Started just after Easter, as a refuge for my discus and large plec that had been in the old 36G corner unit at mums.

Tank specs...
48"L 14"W 20"D
Purchased with a Raw stand, that took way too long to stain and finish. ha!
Filtration
Eheim 2224 with 18W Pondmaster UV-C returning through Cal Aqua Labs Efflux outflow pipe
Eheim 2028 returning throug stock spray bar and through Cal Aqua Labs inline CO2 diffuser
twin 4ft 54W T5HO lighting fixture, 10 hours daily
Substrate is standard Pool Filter Sand

Decorated with one large easter island head[Terry], as well as 4 pieces of planted driftwood, Java Fern and various Anubias.

1 Female Albino Brisltlenose
