Have a look at Merrilyns royal blues that she got last yr :shock:

To me it looks like a turq crossed with ? :roll:
Still a nice fish and good luck with the sale

Hi extreme, i brought it as a royal blue

Wayne, there were a few farms in malaysia marketing blue turks as "Royal blue" "midnight blue" "blue eagle" etc etc etc bout 2-3 years ago.

It was proably imported under one of those names and sold to the shop under the same name.

Still nice fish! should sell pretty quickly, if it were a she, she'd be on her way to my tank for my brilliant blue boy :)

That is NOT a Royal blue ..... A Royal blue is a wild strain ...thats clearly a domestic Blue Turk .

Its a very nice Blue Turk with particularly good shape BTW

well the guy that sold it to me is off this forum and his a big breeder and sold it to me as a royal blue
