Hi guys i have a pair in my tank and eat the eggs every time they breed but now that i have moved them across to the breeding tank they have done nothing at all. What can i do to change this?

I have also found that i may have another pair in my tank. It funny she laid the other night with my blue diamond but wouldn't let him hang around the eggs but when the snow white came accross she would that fish guard the eggs. The eggs are now eaten by the clown loaches but she seemed to be better than the original pair that i have now put in the breeding tank.

Hardly suprising they eat the eggs with clown loaches in the tank, I wouldn't feel safe either.
When you move fish, it takes them time to get back into the breeding mode again. Sometimes takes mine 3-4 weeks to feel confident. What you can try to do to induce a spawning is reduce the temp by a degree or two for a couple of days, then raise back to normal (30) You could also try to feed small red wriggler earth worms, this can help too.
