Readings of gH and KH

What tester is being use to get the readings for gH and KH. My ph is 7.0. The place I purchase my Discus from told me not to worry about any other readings. Just to make sure that my ph did not go above 7.0. I will be doing water changes ones a week. Any help will be appreciated.

you can buy a Gh and Kh test kits, to be honest as long as your ph is stable I wouldn't worry about them. (untill you try breeding that is :) )
