Just need 2-3 more victims, oops, I mean volunteers... aside from picking it up, it would only need to travel 2-3 metres off the back of a ute/truck in the garage (onto some custom sized high capacity pallet racking frame)
Plus permission from the Minister of Finance...
...would like nice opposite the soon to be 7 x 3ft shark tank
(me thinks I will be in a lot of trouble for even thinking about this)

oh i know you'll get into trouble....but i think it's worth it!
if it doesn't work out as a tank at least you will have a lap pool in the garage!

No wonder he worked late and was avoiding coming home tonight after that post.
A definite No from the Minister of Finance.
With an existing 3500 litres and another 1500 litres in the pipeline we are already taking our fair share of water.

Matt your water and electricity probably isn't $1000 a quarter...
Big tanks = more power = not being able to afford holidays.
Someone is carrying on about going on a certain holiday soon...
I believe your recent trip gave him the holiday bug.

mine is
my wife also said no, though a 12x2.5x2 would look nice.

We have already paid for a 7 x 3 x 2.5 and have had the custom made cabinet gathering dust in the garage for over a year. This tank and cabinet cost us a small fortune so I don't see how the 12 foot can compare. Size isn't everything.
Your wife probably pays the bills too which is why she said no!
