Just wondering

Hey, I was just wondering what was wrong with my discus like the obvious ob ration on its skin i was hoping it was just a scar from the driftwood in my tank.. Also i had one of my discus die yesterday i noticed about 3 days ago this one wouldn't let the other one that died eat so thats why i thought that one died cause it was only two juvi's (I actually planned on getting 3 more next thrusday)
