Flukes are best treated with Malachite Green or Potassium Permanganete ? Whichever.. how much ?

Can you get hold of a product called praziquantal.
It's the main ingredient in gill fluke, body fluke and tape worm medication. There are a number of brands, not sure what you can get in your area, but it's very effective.
Malachite green is fairly mild, and a PP bath is really only for experienced keepers. It's a very dangerous substance and must be used at very precise amounts. There's a sticky on the use of PP baths in this section, which you may care to read.

For fairly mild cases of flukes, I'd stick with praziquantal, as it will treat your fish for tapeworm at the same time.
