One of my biggest male which is new arrival....is fighting with Samller Male and pushing him away from a female that use to be her mate is it normal?

They will bully around other's in order to establish a pecking order. Most of the time it is usually towards the "newcomer" and not the already in the tank mates.
I would just watch them and if it5 get sout of hand, I would remove the bully. But they all may settle down in time.
