discus pimple?

recently one of my discus got biten on the side of its body and it made a small open wound.

since its started healing there looks like a small white thing portruding from the wound and it looks like a small pimple. is this normal? or is the wound infected? if so wat can i do to help my lovely discus?

should i be worried?

dont be too worried proably just an artifact of the healing process (loos scale etc) it'll drop off once fully healed.
