Don't have to be filled.
Prefer to be steel.
Please let me know if you have one for sale.

if you can get out to penrith I've got a spare 2.5kg co2 extinguisher and fittings to make a reg fit on it, should keep you going for a while, all I'd want is $10 to cover the parts, but you'd still need to find a reg.

If your on a budget , and i am presuming your wanting to keep a planted tank

do you do any home brewing ??? beer , spirits ???

in the process , the "wort" produces C02 gas which can easily be added to your tank with a little bit of clever piping

if not you can just make up sugar washes and yeast to get the same result ...

this is much cheaper option
