Which brand is best

Just ordered new water tests drops and they didnt send the Aquarium Pharmacutical brand I asked for but sent API instead.

Does it matter what brand?

Is one brand better than another?

Had a look at old forums tonite and arn't those "monster fish" t shirts great

Api is fine. I use an Api master test kit just about every day. Never failed my yet.

I think you get used to using one brand, whatever that may be and treat accordingly. You might find that using different products/manufacturers that you get different readings for the same test, which can be confusing.. I use digital meters where I can, which do have to be callibrated every now and then, but only use one brand of chemical drops.

because I have just found out that the drops are one and the same company Just new packaging.

Boy I just made myself look foolish in front of maybe 100s of people.
