PH controllers are used with a CO2 cylinder.
Cylinder with regulator then controller.
top pic controller
bottom pic CO2 reg with solenoid and bubble counter.
there will be instructions on how to set it up with the reg ect.

Hey,
this is a great buy, i would be buying this package if i were you. The regulator on its own sells for $220 in aus. You get the works with this.

the most your going to pay is about $40aus for postage and that brings it up to $ 280 in total plus your getting a good diffusor as well, so your still saving alot of money.

that price is a bargain Axl "even with freight"

one thing to be wary of though is iv'e had two of them reg setups and with both the solenoid ends up sticking cause water leakes through the bubble counter and into the solenoid. my first one killed some fish cause it overdosed the tank with Co2.

i will have a dupla inline reactor and Sera Ph controller available in the near future, but they wont be as good a price as the above deal.

forgot to mention that "apparently" u can get over the water getting into the solenoid by using Glycerine in the bubble counter instead of water.
