Adelaide Water Quality

Here's some info from a mate at SA Water on recent test results - anyone care to interperet this into laymans terms for me and is this water just too ordinary to put into the tank or better to age it?

Dissolved Organic Carbon (mg/L) 12.5
Fluoride (mg/L) 0.33
Chlorine residual (mg/L) 0.4
Total Hardness as CaCO3 (mg/L) 112
Nitrate as Nitrogen (mg/L) 0.179
Nitrite as Nitrogen (mg/L) 0.007
pH 7.5
Phosphorous (mg/L) 0.015
Total dissolved solids (mg/L) 317

That would be some great info if we new what it ment im with u barry can someone please tell us what this means.

There tests show the PH at 7.5 and mine is 7.2 straight out the tap i wonder were the .3 is going.

also I always age my Adelaide water barry i do this so i can adjust my water to as i find its not so perfect.
