Whats best to feed my babies

Hi there, anyone willing to pass on some info. I have a Pigeon Blood, Cobolt Blue, Snakeskin, Sanmera and a Red Melon. What would you say is the best feed for discus as I've heard Tubefix worms encourages Pigeon bloods to become peppered, Tetra-Prima tints fish slightly pink.
I usually feed Beefheart mix, peas, flake, daphnia and Prima. Also, what could I use if there is anything...to brighten the reds and white up without affecting the fish?
