Are these guys still trading or have they gone bust ?

I've been chasing my order now for over 3 weeks and they are uncontactable and do not reply to emails and do not contact me with the status of my order

Should it take this long for simple order ? Should I write this one off and begin to recover my losses ?

I answer emails on a daily basis, several times a day.
