Stressed out!

all four of my discus are very stressed out....
What can i do to stop it???

first you have to find the reason for it.
what are your water parameter?
what kind of fish are in your tank apart from discus?
how big is your tank?

Errrr......sorry to go off topic, but isn't that Matt15's avatar that you have so kindly flogged?!?

Usually a good 50% water change helps with stressed fish, their stress is usually related to the water conditions. Not always the answer but most of the time a good water change does them a world of good.

yeah could be right but you have to find the reason for it you cant wait till they are stressed out and then say ok i change 50% water and its all good.......
