breeding pair

ok,i got a breeding pair that spawns once a week,they take very good care of the eggs,after 50h they eat them again and again.
im not a friend of caging because i think they eat them when they think something is wrong.
but i caged them last time after 48h,only 10% of the eggs was white and no really fungus to see.
6h later all eggs turn white :D
i belive that unfertilized eggs turn white after 24h,am i wrong?

I agree that the unfertilized eggs turn white after 24hrs, if the fish dont remove them you'll have to do it or else you'll loose the lot to fungus.

a drop of methblue/L of tank volume seems to slow it down enough for most of the fry to hatch.

thats what makes it strange,they remove them and i got next to no fungus,not noticable with the naked eye,when i caged them the fungus started after 76+h

give the super low dose of meth blue a try,

once caged they parents cant fan and clean them as well.
